For example, service calls, inspection, and monitoring would be considered “items”. Parts are tangible products in your inventory you would install. Both items and parts can be created in the field. Other Setup information to complete.

In the Uploader section, you can convert information from other software sources to Alarmbiller. As a dealer, you are able to upload parts in the “Parts Uploader” tab, customer information in the “Customer Batch Uploader” tab, invoices and credits in the “Invoice / Credit Uploader” tab, and payment and invoice history in the “Company Archive Uploader” tab.
