Departments

Add any departments in your company that will be using the Sales Automation tool.  Navigate to the departments setup menu.  From here, give the department a name and a brief description.  Add the corresponding employees to each department and assign a manager to that department.  Employees can be part of one or more departments and a department can have one or more managers.  Assigning managers to a department allows them to view a comprehensive list of prospects within their respective department and review their employees’ performance
